1. Application

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Operator regarding use of the Service.

2. Registration

1. An applicant agrees to these Terms and submits a registration request via the methods designated by the Operator (LINE login, Google login, ChatGPT App OAuth, or other supported flows). Registration is completed upon the Operator's approval.

3. Account management

1. The User is responsible for managing their own account credentials.
2. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Operator, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from a third party's use of the User's account.

4. Prohibited acts

The User shall not engage in the following while using the Service:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
2. Acts related to criminal activity.
3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the servers or networks of the Operator, other users, or third parties.
4. Acts that may interfere with operation of the Service.
5. Other acts that the Operator determines to be inappropriate.

5. Suspension of the Service

1. The Operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice if any of the following apply:
   • Maintenance or updates of the computer systems related to the Service.
   • Force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster making provision of the Service difficult.
   • Any other circumstances under which the Operator determines provision of the Service is difficult.

6. Account deletion and data removal

1. The User may withdraw from the Service via the procedure designated by the Operator.
2. Upon withdrawal, the User's posted data (diaries, memories, images, and integration links) is immediately and permanently deleted from the system.

7. AI integrations and data handling

1. The Service connects to external AI apps (e.g. OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Meta's Muse) only when the User has explicitly connected them. In response to requests the User makes inside that AI app, the Service transmits the User's diary content to it so it can be saved, displayed, or reflected on. Content sent to an AI app is handled under that app's own terms and privacy policy.
2. In-app AI features (such as title suggestions and draft tidying) send only the text needed for the feature to the AI provider the Operator uses, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. The Operator does not provide the User's data to any third party for AI training purposes without the User's consent.

8. Plans, payment, and refunds

The Service has the following plans. Payments are processed by Stripe.

1. English (outside Japan) — Free plan. The User can save entries from connected AI apps without limit and read all entries in the app. Connected AI apps can read entries from the last 30 days.
2. English (outside Japan) — Unsent Plus. One year of full access, including AI access to the whole diary and writing in the app. The User chooses the amount at checkout (minimum $3 USD). It is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. If the User asks within 14 days of purchase, the Operator refunds the full amount. When the year ends, the account returns to the Free plan and no entries are deleted.
3. Japan — Annual plan. ¥2,400 per year (tax included), with a 28-day free trial. The plan renews every year until cancelled. The User can cancel at any time and keep using the plan until the end of the current period; refunds for the current period are not available.

9. Disclaimer

1. The Operator does not expressly or implicitly warrant that the Service is free from de facto or legal defects.
2. The Operator is not liable for any damages incurred by the User in connection with the Service, except as provided by applicable consumer protection law.

10. Changes to the Service

The Operator may change, add, or discontinue the content of the Service with prior notice to the User, who shall accept such changes.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms without individual consent in cases permitted by applicable law. By continuing to use the Service after the amendment takes effect, the User is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
