1. Application

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Operator regarding use of the Service.

2. Registration

1. An applicant agrees to these Terms and submits a registration request via the methods designated by the Operator (LINE login, Google login, ChatGPT App OAuth, or other supported flows). Registration is completed upon the Operator's approval.

3. Account management

1. The User is responsible for managing their own account credentials.
2. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Operator, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from a third party's use of the User's account.

4. Prohibited acts

The User shall not engage in the following while using the Service:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
2. Acts related to criminal activity.
3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the servers or networks of the Operator, other users, or third parties.
4. Acts that may interfere with operation of the Service.
5. Other acts that the Operator determines to be inappropriate.

5. Suspension of the Service

1. The Operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice if any of the following apply:
   • Maintenance or updates of the computer systems related to the Service.
   • Force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster making provision of the Service difficult.
   • Any other circumstances under which the Operator determines provision of the Service is difficult.

6. Account deletion and data removal

1. The User may withdraw from the Service via the procedure designated by the Operator.
2. Upon withdrawal, the User's posted data (diaries, memories, images, and integration links) is immediately and permanently deleted from the system.

7. AI integrations and data handling

1. The Service connects to external AI hosts (e.g. OpenAI's ChatGPT via Apps SDK / MCP, Anthropic's Claude via MCP) only when the User has explicitly enabled the integration. In response to actions the User takes inside that AI host, the Service transmits the User's diary content to the host so it can be displayed or analyzed.
2. The Operator does not provide the User's data to any third party for AI training purposes without the User's consent.

8. Pricing

The Service is currently free for all users with no usage limits. There is no subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, or paid tier.

9. Disclaimer

1. The Operator does not expressly or implicitly warrant that the Service is free from de facto or legal defects.
2. The Operator is not liable for any damages incurred by the User in connection with the Service, except as provided by applicable consumer protection law.

10. Changes to the Service

The Operator may change, add, or discontinue the content of the Service with prior notice to the User, who shall accept such changes.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms without individual consent in cases permitted by applicable law. By continuing to use the Service after the amendment takes effect, the User is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
